The Challenge
Ibiza needed a single delivery app spanning radically different verticals — restaurant food, supermarket groceries, pharmacy items, drinks, and provisioning for yachts at anchor — each with its own catalog shape, fulfillment rules, and delivery logistics.
The Approach
The multi-vertical catalog model lets each vertical define its own product structure, pricing rules, and availability — while customers browse and check out through one unified app.
Delivery logistics handle everything from a 20-minute pizza run to scheduled yacht provisioning, with zone-based fees and per-vertical fulfillment windows.
The same multi-tenant backend powers the customer app, partner-store apps, and dispatch — one platform, one operations team, five verticals.
The Outcome
